Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings. Previous experience providing restorative or geriatric therapy.
