Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to provide skilled therapy to patients with

speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders

in a SNF setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy

medical complexity and interdisciplinary care

. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide
