Job Description

Machine Operator Shift: 1st, 6am - 6pm Pay Rate: $17/hr. - $19/hr. Full-Time | Manufacturing | Fast-Paced Environment We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team producing film-related products. If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate production machinery to meet order specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customer standards (cuts, folds, alignment, performance)
• Load raw materials and package finished rolls
• Record production data accurately
• Communicate machine or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to read production orders
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 30 lbs regularly
• Exert up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, lifting, and palletizing
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
