Event Set-Up Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dependable Event Set-Up Lead to oversee our set-up crew. This role involves coordinating event setups and ensuring all installations meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the event set-up crew.
Ensure all equipment is properly set up according to client specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues.
Maintain inventory and equipment organization.
Communicate with clients and event planners to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event set-up or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
