Clinical Director

What You’ll Do: As Clinical Director, you will ensure patient care is coordinated, delivered appropriately, and aligned with hospice philosophy and regulatory standards. You will: Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director. Assign, support, and mentor interdisciplinary clinical staff. Conduct home visits, record reviews, and case conferences to ensure high-quality care. Guide clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and individualized plans of care. Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. This is a hands-on leadership role — not just oversight, but mentorship and clinical partnership. Who You Are Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure. Hospice or home care experience (supervisory experience preferred). Strong in pain and symptom management. Grounded in hospice philosophy — comfort, dignity, autonomy, quality of life. Collaborative and interdisciplinary by nature. Knowledgeable in grief, anticipatory loss, and end-of-life dynamics. A confident communicator who leads with clarity and compassion. You understand that leadership in hospice means supporting both patients and the clinicians who serve them. Core Competencies Hospice philosophy & family-centered care.
