Client Retail is seeking an outstanding Program Coordinator for REMM's Merchandising, Marketing and Engagement team. This team sits at the center of Retail, supporting key pan Retail programs, and is responsible for connecting strategies and plans across teams to drive key initiatives forward. The Customer Engagement Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs related to Client Retail’s future store strategy and readiness globally. This role delivers best-in- class program management across the Retail organization — creating detailed operational plans that enable broad cross-functional teams to deliver excellence across all retail stores for all key moments. They will own the overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives, serving as a liaison with cross-functional teams and Leadership across Retail and the broader organization.Key Responsibilities Own program delivery end-to-end — establish and manage the Plan of Record, drive initiatives from due diligence through completion and lessons learned, and ensure systems are in place for flawless execution across all key moments in Client StoresLead cross-functional program teams, owning timeline, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership communications, pan-Client alignment, and approvalsStructure ambiguity into action — creatively problem-solve, weigh implications, track critical milestones, propose changes, build contingency plans, and know when to escalateBuild and sustain relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure aligned readiness plans and deliver the best possible experience for Client Retail customersDrive continuous improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements to program management processes and practicesOperate with high agency — proactively drive problem-solving and influence work-streams end-to-end, independent of direct oversightCreate and deliver compelling presentations to communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and LeadershipManage multiple programs concurrently with strong organization, time management, and attention to detailMinimum Qualifications 5 years of Project/Program Management experience, or equivalent in PMO, Cross Functional Production, or Marketing and Merchandising functionsDemonstrated success managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-driven environmentExcellent problem-solving and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively run meetings and align partners across multiple functionsProven experience building and managing relationships cross-functionally across large, global organizations, including the ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with senior leadership Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a can-do, motivational presencePreferred qualifications 5+ years of retail operational or retail program management experience, with prior experience in strategy, customer journey, and/or a broader Retail functionProven track record leading sophisticated, high-stakes programs — including long-term roadmap creation, go-to-market initiatives, and retail-focused commercial and seasonal campaigns — under pressure and tight timelinesSkilled at analyzing complex datasets and insights, turning numbers into narratives that drive actionApplicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
