C/S Behavioral Health Case Manager III

Casual/Seasonal Behavioral Health Case Manager IIIA Behavioral Health Case Manager III leads, oversees, and participates in case management and eligibility determination work in a behavioral health or institutional setting, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, physical or mental illness or those struggling with addiction, in meeting personal, social, health, emotional, or financial needs and achieving personal independence compatible with generally accepted norms. This Casual/Seasonal Behavioral Health Case Manager III role provides specialized administrative, coordination, and quality-support functions within CFCC. The position is primarily responsible for authorizing specialized care coordination services, collaborating with designated case management providers on progress reviews, maintaining electronic plan-of-care records, and conducting quality chart reviews to support unit fidelity and throughput without carrying a direct caseload or attending court. This position may also provide case management services to families.
