Health/Human Service Case Manager Supervisor
The incumbent in this position will supervise eligibility staff who determine financial and technical eligibility for all Medicaid State Plan programs and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This position is responsible for ensuring that staff complete eligibility determinations in accordance with Federal, State, Department, and Agency policies and procedures and collecting and reporting statistics on workload accuracy and completion. The incumbent must hire, train, coach, and discipline staff, anticipate business needs and propose potential solutions, and represent DMMA Operations on internal, inter-agency, and other related projects and workgroups as needed.
