Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing outpatient rehabilitation services. They will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Physical Therapist will assess and implement individualized care plans for patients. Experience with acute care settings is preferred. Therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Skills in patient education and family involvement are essential. Candidates should be proficient in various therapeutic techniques and modalities. Commitment to patient safety and quality care is paramount. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse patient population with various diagnoses.
