Apply now to make a difference!Hospice of Marion, a part of Empath Health is seeking a Social Worker to support patients and families during their end-of-life journey. This role provides psychosocial support, care coordination, and resource assistance to ensure comfort and dignity for those we serve in Marion county.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.Since 1983, Hospice of Marion County has been honored to serve families across Ocala and Marion County with compassionate, expert end-of-life care.
