Your Role Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (if not held, resources to obtain). At least 6 months dialysis nursing experience. Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
