Registered Operations Leader

Job Description Are you excited about leading a team and advancing your career? This Registered Operations Leader will manage operational processes that support business objectives and help advisors serve clients. You will lead branch staff, support advisors, and partner with other branch leaders to drive business results, revenue growth, client experience, and efficiencies. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Plan and execute activities to achieve business results, revenue growth, and client experience, including managing resources to hit revenue targets and collaborating with the Branch Manager to track marketing events. Assist advisors in client service – preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, completing trades and transactions, and handling new business paperwork. Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, processing reports, and creating correspondence. Build, manage, track and analyze reports and branch vitals, review expense reports, P & L, and budgeting, ensuring compliance and training needs are met, and lead real‑estate and facilities initiatives. Lead, coach, mentor, and perform performance management for direct reports. Partner with Senior Operations Leader and Regional Director of Operations to determine staffing needs, hire and allocate staff, and conduct 1:1s with team members. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5–7 years of relevant experience. Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 150 days. State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days. Successful supervisory experience and knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate a team to deliver results. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision and strong organization/time‑management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Detail oriented, strong math, and analytical skills; proficient with standard business software applications. In‑Office Collaboration Employees in this role work on‑site five (5) days per week to foster a client‑centric, relationship‑based business environment. Base Pay Salary Estimated base salary: $94,000 - $129,100 per year, with variable pay and a comprehensive benefits program including vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and health, dental, and life insurance.
