Operations Support Specialist

Supporting healthcare audit client inventory activities, the part-time Healthcare Operations Support Specialist will monitor reports, respond to client inquiries, and re-price claims using client contracts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor internal and external reports and take specific actions based on the information Respond to client correspondence and email requests for information Create, document, and modify processes for new and existing clients as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED is required; some college or a degree is preferred Healthcare data analysis experience is a plus Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong technical skills are desired Ability to work independently and as part of a team
