As a Call By Call Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Our Ideal Candidate: Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales Strong leadership and management skills Dependable self-starter, motivated Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient in Service Titan software Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service. Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
