• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for subsequent testing as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, training newcomers or students, and ensure lab quality standards are consistently met.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Possession of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your tenure.
