Payroll Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a large corporation, including weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring tax and third-party payments are distributed timely. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of payroll experience, have management experience and excellent attention to detail. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Responsibilities: Oversee all payroll functions Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including recording hours and processing time records Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices Compile payroll statistics and monthly/quarterly payroll reports Ensure that payroll taxes and third-party payments are processed and paid accurately and timely Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting Act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of payroll experience 3+ years of payroll management experience Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
