Pool Monitor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Knowing, understanding, and ensuring the pool rules are being followed by all residents and their guests.
- Ensuring that ALL members are checking in as it is required for entry into the pool area.
- Understanding and ensuring that ALL pool levels stay in compliance with regulations.
- Close pool in the event of pool contamination.
- Spray down the bathrooms and pool deck.
- Arrange tables and chairs. Inspect sports equipment to identify repair or replacement needs.
- Assist with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
- Make hourly checks of bathrooms for soap, paper supplies, and miscellaneous items. Replenish and clean as necessary.
- Properly straightening patio furniture, place any left items in lost and found.
- Pick up unused toys, trash and debris and empty trash containers throughout and at the end of your shift.
- Complete the closing checklist and ensure the pool gate and bathroom doors are locked and securely closed after each shift.
- If any pool equipment has been damaged or property damage of any kind has occurred, the Community Manager will be informed immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS
- May be required to lift and carry up to lift up 25 pounds in various forms. In an emergency may lift more than100 pounds.
- Required to stand and/or be in continuous motion for extended periods of time while performing job functions with physical endurance.
- Must be capable of working under pressure as well as organizing and planning efficiently.
- Must be capable of working in extreme hot temperatures.
- Must display effective communication, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills.
- Must display accountability and reliability.
- Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions, as well as give them, and ensure detailed instructions are followed.
- Weekends may be required

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.

Supervisor(a) de Piscina
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
- Conocer, comprender y garantizar que todos los residentes y sus invitados cumplan las normas de la piscina.
- Garantizar que TODOS los miembros se registren, tal y como se exige para acceder a la zona de la piscina.
- Comprender y garantizar que TODOS los niveles de la piscina cumplan la normativa.
- Cerrar la piscina en caso de contaminación.
- Limpiar con manguera los baños y la terraza de la piscina.
- Colocar las mesas y sillas. Inspeccionar el equipo deportivo para identificar las necesidades de reparación o sustitución.
- Ayudar con el montaje y desmontaje de las actividades junto a la piscina, según sea necesario.
- Comprobar cada hora que los baños dispongan de jabón, papel y otros artículos diversos. Reponer y limpiar según sea necesario.
- Enderezar adecuadamente los muebles del patio y colocar los objetos olvidados en el departamento de objetos perdidos.
- Recoger los juguetes sin usar, la basura y los residuos, y vaciar los contenedores de basura durante y al final de su turno.
- Completar la lista de verificación de cierre y asegurarse de que la puerta de la piscina y las puertas de los baños estén cerradas con llave y bien cerradas después de cada turno.
- Si algún equipo de la piscina ha sido dañado o se ha producido algún tipo de daño a la propiedad, se informará inmediatamente al administrador de la comunidad.
REQUISITOS
- Es posible que se le pida levantar y transportar hasta 25 libras en diversas formas. En caso de emergencia, es posible que tenga que levantar más de 100 libras.
- Se requiere estar de pie y/o en movimiento continuo durante largos periodos de tiempo mientras se realizan las funciones del trabajo con resistencia física.
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión, así como de organizar y planificar de manera eficiente.
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar en temperaturas extremadamente altas.
- Debe demostrar una comunicación eficaz, un servicio al cliente excepcional y habilidades organizativas.
- Debe demostrar responsabilidad y fiabilidad.
- Debe ser capaz de recibir y seguir instrucciones detalladas, así como darlas, y asegurarse de que se sigan las instrucciones detalladas.
