You will practice alongside leading electrophysiology experts in a collaborative environment designed to support both clinical excellence and long-term career growth.The Role: In this procedural nursing role, you will work closely with electrophysiologists, fellows, and cardiovascular specialists in a high-volume EP Lab performing advanced cardiac interventions. The environment is fast-paced and technically complex, yet structured in a way that supports consistency and work-life balance. On an average day, you will:Support 8-10 electrophysiology procedures daily, including ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, and lead extractionsCirculate cases and provide precise, real-time procedural documentationAdminister sedation and cardiac medications while closely monitoring patient responseMaintain vigilance in high-acuity situations involving complex arrhythmias and device therapiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple EP labs within a robust cardiovascular programThis position follows a Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule with minimal call expectations, including limited Saturdays and no routine overnight call. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.The pay range for this role is $42.69 - $56.71 hourly.
