About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Financial Sales Broker, you’ll be on the front lines helping business owners secure the funding they need to grow and thrive. This role is not for the faint of heart—expect early mornings, late nights, and the discipline required to make hundreds of cold calls every single day. If you have the persistence, energy, and competitive spirit to succeed, the rewards are unmatched.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect hundreds of cold & warm inbound leads on a daily basis.

• Learn and master sales techniques to uncover client needs and present funding solutions. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Work alongside experienced brokers, learning from the best in the industry.

• Grow into a Senior Broker role with significantly higher earning potential.

Training & Compensation

We believe in investing heavily in our people. That’s why we provide a 15-week structured training program designed to turn entry-level recruits into top-producing brokers.

Training Period (Weeks 1–15):

$600 base salary per week + commissions

Top 10% earn $1,200+ per week during training

Post-Training (Associate Broker):

$700 base salary per week + commissions Top 10% earn $2,500+ per week

Senior Broker (average 4–8 months to achieve):

$865 base salary per week + commissions Top 10% earn $5,000+ per week
