Apex Acquisition is an advertising and consulting company servicing Financial Advisory & Wealth Management firms. We are on the hunt for a brilliant Head of Marketing / Performance Marketer to join our team of A-players. What will you do? Own Campaign Messaging & Positioning at a High Strategic Altitude Day-to-day copywriting for hooks, ads, headlines and VSLs Media Buying & Optimization: Manage $15-20k/day in ad spend A / B Testing and Result Measurement Data Analysis: Identifying Bottlenecks & Creating Game-plans To Solve Leading a Team of 2-3 People (Managing deadlines) Throughout: Innovating Our Processes, Knowledge Base, and Developing SOPs You’ll be the mastermind behind our biggest campaigns, ensuring we continue to revolutionize the way financial advisors acquire clients across the country. The campaigns you create in this role will be directly responsible for moving $100B in assets to a safer place. Requirements: Full-stack marketing experience (copywriting, strategy, ad buying, data analysis, etc – must be a left and right brain kind of person) Proven track-record managing at least $5,000/day or more in ad spend. 5+ years of experience in direct response marketing. Deep understanding of persuasion psychology. Extremely high stress tolerance. Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize and scale complex campaigns. Ability to innovate and develop efficient marketing processes.
