Director of Accounting (very hybrid)

We are partnering with our client for an Accounting Director to join their team full-time. You will report to the Senior VP and VP of Accounting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $155,000 to $165,000 per year.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accounting staff in daily operations.
  
  
• Review journal entries prepared by staff.
  
  
• Review month-end and year-end balance sheets and P&Ls for ancillary operations.
  
  
• Consolidate financial statements within Workday by recording eliminating journal entries.
  
  
• Prepare tax worksheets for the CPA firm.
  
  
• Prepare royalty distribution worksheets before releasing payments.
  
  
• Develop budgets and maintain forecasts for ancillary operations.
  
  
• Prepare schedules for auditors and act as the key point of contact for various audits.
