Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) – Full Time
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year (DOE)***
Location: Menifee, CA
About the Role:
A leading therapy provider is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with autism, oversee client progress, and mentor clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs/FAs and develop treatment plans
- Maintain 25 billable hours per week
- Supervise staff (RBTs, Program Managers)
- Ensure BACB compliance and treatment quality
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Train staff and support families
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong ABA and supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
