Salary: $91,400 - 187,000 per year Requirements:

• We participate in operational support rotations and guide incident response and root cause investigations.
• We build tools and solutions that help frontline support teams respond more efficiently to network failures.
• We partner with project managers to keep test and deployment milestones on track.
• We mentor junior engineers and provide subject matter expertise on technical issues.
• We communicate with customers to clarify technical issues and help prepare root cause analysis documentation.
• We contribute to roadmap and software architecture discussions.
• We work with vendors and internal teams to address networking standards misalignment.
• We analyze latency, throughput, packet loss, and other service metrics to identify efficiency issues and guide scaling decisions.
