Salary: $92,500 - 209,500 per year Requirements:

• We look for a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We expect 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of delivering production-grade distributed systems, platform services, or developer tools.
• We need strong programming ability in one or more modern languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, Python, or similar.
• We value experience designing APIs, data models, and service architectures with a focus on scalability, availability, security, and operability.
• We seek a solid understanding of cloud-native systems, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering concepts.
• We look for proven ownership, with the ability to take work from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operations.
• We require clear written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams.
• We consider experience with application deployment platforms, continuous delivery, GitOps, artifact management, or developer platform engineering a plus.
• We also value experience with large-scale distributed systems, multi-tenant cloud services, control planes, or workflow orchestration.
• Additional preferred experience includes site reliability engineering, incident response, observability, or capacity and performance engineering.
• Security engineering, identity and access management, policy-as-code, supply-chain security, or compliance automation is also beneficial.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools, agentic workflows, or safety controls for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems is a plus.

• We design, build, test, and operate core services and APIs for a modern application deployment platform on OCI.
• We deliver resilient, scalable deployment workflows that help developers safely ship changes across varied environments and service architectures.
• We partner with product managers, architects, security engineers, SREs, and developer teams to turn ambiguous platform needs into clear technical designs and high-quality software.
• We build safety and reliability into the product by default, including strong isolation, policy enforcement, auditability, observability, rollback and recovery paths, and thoughtful failure handling.
• We develop platform primitives that support AI- and agent-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining appropriate controls, least-privilege access, and human oversight.
• We use operational signals and customer feedback to improve developer experience, performance, availability, and deployment success rates.
• We raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design reviews, documentation, mentoring, and pragmatic technical leadership.
