Salary: $104,500 - 234,600 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We need 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of leading the design and delivery of production-grade distributed systems, platform services, or developer tools.
• We look for strong programming ability in one or more modern languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, Python, or similar.
• We expect deep experience designing APIs, data models, and service architectures with attention to scalability, availability, security, operability, and long-term maintainability.
• We need a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering.

• Experience in site reliability engineering, incident response, observability, capacity planning, or performance engineering at scale is also valued.
• Experience in security engineering, identity and access management, policy-as-code, supply-chain security, or compliance automation is beneficial.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools, agentic workflows, or safety and governance controls for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems is preferred.
