Now Hiring Maintenance Technician Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour 12-Hour Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2,2,3 schedule) From Gear Jams to Power Trips, You Handle It All. Qualifications: Proficient use of hand tools. Critical thinking and attention to detail. Problem solver, excellent written/verbal skills, team-oriented, responsible. Must understand numbers and be able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Education Required: Technical certificate or 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.

Job Duties: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment and facility issues. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and safety. Repair or replace defective equipment parts. Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed. Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems. This may involve circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc. Perform basic administrative tasks, including documenting work performed through written/electronic methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.
