Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Team Building Keynote/Guest Speaker | General/Other Speakers Bureau Category Disciplines [ESC1L117] (ESC1L117) Candidates:

Prior experience in corporate or education-based team facilitation. Certification in team dynamics, leadership, or group coaching (preferred). Current or previous role aligned with General/Other activities driving qualifications as a Team Building Keynote Speaker. Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. 5+ years facilitating team building or leading group trainings. Knowledge of K12 or higher education environments preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in subject area highly valued.

Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person engagements. Must accommodate audience size from small teams to large staff groups. May be featured in internal leadership events, public speaking engagements, media opportunities, or brand-aligned thought leadership forums.
