Warehouse Lead - Logistics Warehouse

A logistics warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and support a high-performance team. This role requires strong leadership, experience with inventory processes, and a commitment to safe and efficient material handling. Candidates should be reliable, adaptable, and experienced with industrial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and returns
Lead and support warehouse floor staff under the direction of the Unit Manager
Complete documentation, filing, and data entry in inventory systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Ensure accurate handling and filing of all material-related documents

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret freight codes
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform standing, bending, and rotating movements
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Must pass required background checks and drug/alcohol testing
Forklift experience preferred
