This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3p-11pHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Will consider Jr or Sr in high school or college studentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsMust demonstrate excellent telephone communication skillsPay range $15/hr to $17/hr pending experienceIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO Employer
