We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Repair Foreman to oversee and lead our foundation repair crew. The Foundation Repair Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of foundation repair projects from start to finish. This individual will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in foundation repair techniques, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients effectively. Lead and manage a team of foundation repair technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct on-site inspections to assess foundation issues, identify repair needs, and develop appropriate repair plans. Utilize a variety of foundation repair techniques and equipment such as hydraulic jacks, helical piers, and stabilizers to address structural problems. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements, timelines, and any concerns or modifications needed. Train and mentor team members on proper repair techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Monitor and communicate project progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise promptly. Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained, organized, and utilized efficiently. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs. Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding project status, budget adherence, and any notable developments. Requirements Do I Have What It Takes? Minimum 2 years’ experience working in foundation repair or related construction field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of technicians. In-depth knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering highquality results. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it. Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions. Qualifications That Will Set You Apart From The Rest! Certification or training in foundation repair techniques or related fields. Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
