Job Overview:
- Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- Washes and cleans raw food products
- Slice portion & package cheese
- Portions beef
- Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy
- Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards
Pay: Hourly (Highly Competitive + Tips) There will be plenty of growth opportunity for those looking to move up the ranks!
