Responsibilities As an Administrative Professional, you will be the critical link between customers and service professionals, ensuring smooth operations. Manage inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution. Document customer accounts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Coordinate and prepare monthly service routes for our professionals, ensuring schedules are correct. Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team. Collaborate with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure top-tier customer service. Foster consistent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are always met.
