Locations Cincinnati, OH & Dayton, OH Positions 2 openings in Cincinnati | 2 openings in Dayton Employment Full-Time or Part-Time Setting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) Schedule On-site Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits. Diagnose and manage mental health conditions. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Manage psychiatric medications as appropriate. Collaborate with facility staff and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to the SNF/LTC population. Requirements Active PMHNP/APRN licensure required. Psychiatric/behavioral health experience is required. Specific number of years of experience is not required. SNF/LTC experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong clinical, communication, and patient-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with facility-based care teams. Ideal Candidate An experienced PMHNP who is comfortable providing psychiatric care to an older/adult population and is interested in working in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care environment.
