We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Per Diem (PRN) team in Sebring, Florida. As a valued member of our care community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

As a CNA PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff

• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2 years of experience, with willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
