Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and comprehensive reviews of medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by evaluating imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide essential support during surgeries, which includes preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preference for those who have completed clinical rotations focusing on surgical practices

Required Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
