Job Title: Sr. Buyer

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $75K - $100K

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Sr. Buyer for our client to support sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and supplier operations across a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong procurement foundation who can operate independently, manage supplier relationships, lead RFQs, and help ensure smooth material flow and inventory performance.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing inventory levels and understanding days in supply (DOS)
• Proven success leading RFQs and delivering measurable cost savings/results
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Above-average Excel skills
• Ability to mentor others and act as a team resource

Nice to Have

• Global sourcing experience, particularly with Pacific Rim / low-cost country suppliers
• Knowledge of replenishment strategies and inventory planning concepts
