Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as briefs, complaints, settlement agreements, and contracts
Research relevant laws, regulations, and precedents regarding complex legal disputes
Analyze facts and evidence to formulate a plan for legal action
Offer clients guidance to address their legal difficulties
Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, hearings, and mediations

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1-5 years of attorney experience
Must have passed the Bar Examination with a satisfactory score
Must have US Work Authorization
Must possess excellent research and writing skills
Must have litigation experience
