Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
✅ Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
✅ Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
✅ Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
✅ Coordinate with the clinical team to support patient care
Qualifications:
✔️ 1+ year of medical front office experience
✔️ Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and healthcare processes
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
✔️ Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
