Commercial Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects ranging from $25M+ in value. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls on $25M+ commercial projects Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary project point of contact Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met Collaborate closely with superintendents and executive leadership Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing projects $25M+ in value Diverse commercial project background preferred (ground-up and/or renovation) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success Must be willing to work locally (no travel assignments) All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
