Admissions Assistant - Part Time (Administrative) Now Hiring: Weekend Admissions Assistant (Part-Time) Location: St. Francis Healthcare Center Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends Join Our Team St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Admissions Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors. As the Weekend Admissions Assistant, you will help coordinate the admissions process, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming experience for incoming residents while working closely with the clinical and admissions teams. Key Responsibilities Assist with the resident admissions and intake process Welcome new residents and their families with professionalism and compassion Prepare and organize admission paperwork and resident files Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Coordinate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure smooth admissions Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Verify required admission documents and assist with data entry Support the Admissions Coordinator with administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, referral sources, and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, receptionist, admissions, or healthcare experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE Consistent part-time weekend schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth within the organization Ongoing training and professional development A workplace culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and excellence Why Join St. Francis Healthcare Center?
