Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech-language therapy
• Comprehensive understanding of the IEP process, including evaluation, goal development, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary and PreK students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, individually or in small groups, maintaining a manageable caseload under the cap of 65
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for faculty and families regarding best practices in speech and language development
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
