Make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary and PreK students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. You’ll work closely with young learners, helping to enhance their communication skills, boost confidence, and foster academic and social success. The caseload remains manageable and below the maximum cap of 65, so you can dedicate quality time and attention to each child.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP settings (including opportunities for CFY candidates)
• Eligible for state licensure in speech-language pathology
• Familiarity with educational environments and collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records per school and regulatory guidelines
• Provide consultation and support for families and staff to reinforce student progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
