As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Desk in Harrisburg, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building lobby and reception area, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and promptly communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Observe activity in the front desk area and report suspicious activity, access concerns, maintenance issues, and other security-related matters to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
