Home Health RN- Per Diem ** East LA/ South LA / SGV/ **

Compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Los Angeles, CA area (East LA, South LA, South Bay/West LA, El Monte, Monterey Park, Alhambra, San Gabriel Valley, West Covina, and surrounding areas). PAY: $130-170 per SOC visit depending on experience. Languages: Spanish / Mandarin / Cantonese speaker highly preferred. Immediate Interviews with ASAP Start – No New Grads, Previous HH Experience Required. Requirements Availability of at least two days per week. Schedule visits at your convenience! Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, auto insurance, physical exam and TB test within last 3 months At least one year experience with direct patient care Able to perform basic wound care, blood draw, and catheter care Responsibilities & Skills Provide health care services in patients' residences Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition Assist with activities of daily living for patients Maintain patients' care records and document provided services OASIS documentation and charting per Medicare/CDPH and company guidelines Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans Educate patients and their families on health management Wound care/wound vacs – assess patient wound needs I.V administration – MIDLINE, PIV, PICC, TPN

Proven working experience as home health RN with the skill of thoroughly assessing disciplines patient may need Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Job Types Per Diem Part-time.
