Construction Project Manager
Client is a top education and municipal construction general contractor with a growing portfolio.
Job Description
- Work locally to Statesboro and Savannah
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources for construction activities.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
