Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
