We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks on construction jobsite trailers, mobile offices, and related facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

No two days are the same in this role. You will assist with a wide range of maintenance projects, helping ensure our facilities remain clean, functional, and ready for use.

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on jobsite trailers and mobile offices.
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, and patchwork projects.
• Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, hardware, and building components.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Flexible off time depending on workload and project demands

• $21.00 per hour to start
• Opportunity for advancement based on performance and skill development

• Previous maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, or general repair work.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls,SD.
