Description
- Greet each guest individually and pleasant
- Deal Table Games to guests according to the rules of the game being played.
- Maintain an orderly table as well as an appropriate game speed in a courteous manner.
- Determine winning and losing bets.
- Pay winning bets and collect losing bets accurately according to appropriate odds.
- Know Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Shall be polite and maintain a priority system in accepting other position related job duties as assigned.
- Must be able to stand and or sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to remain focused on game protection at all times.
- Must be able to maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environment where teamwork is essential.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to handle physical and mental stress.
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Must be able to project a professional manner at all times.
- Must be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
- Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
- Must be at least 21years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must complete and pass the Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel training course or have one (1) year external dealing experience.
- Must be able to pass a live audition.
- Must be able to pass a math test.
- Must know and pass a dealer competency exam on all games required by management.
- Must be able to operate basic equipment such as automated shufflers, etc.
- Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must receive and maintain a valid high security gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Native American preference will be observed in the hiring process.
- Must adhere to confidentiality policy.
