Laboratory Technician

Duration: 12+ Months with possible extensions Location: Indianapolis, IN 46077 Notes Looking for a candidate with a degree in Biology with a focus on Entomology and/or Nematology. Candidate will be using chemical spray. Standing for long periods of time. PPE for laboratory and spraying is provided by employer. Job Description Individual capable of working with insects, plant material, and nematodes while completing routine, highly detailed work. Previous laboratory experience preferred. Work environments vary throughout the day between laboratory, greenhouse, and insectary colonies. Strong culture of safety requires individuals to adhere to all safety and ergonomic standards. Extensive training in safety, ergonomics, and laboratory SOPs provided.
