Job TitleJob DescriptionCan you confirm if there is a payrate that they should not expect to exceed: Employee would be making $18.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential= $20.00 per hourWhat are second hour shift hours: 2:30pm- 10:30pm= 40 hours per weekWhat will they be doing exactly and in what department: Department is= Shawpak/ FFSResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.PRODUCTION SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes. May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.DIFFERENTIATING FACTORSAutonomy: Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Work is clearly defined, routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised. Learns operating equipment and established operational procedures. Works on well-defined clerical tasks in distribution center.Organizational Impact: Performs basic activities and records data in manufacturing/production operations or distribution center. Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set of procedures.Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are routine and solutions clearly prescribed.
